The ask was to remove the complexity from dated and unwieldy digital services, identify opportunities to create more valuable relationships with its customers and to help tell its own inspiring story. By taking to heart the needs of real people—customers, users and employees—we were able to draft a people-centric roadmap that focuses on creating ideal customer experiences.
