An online platform to promote civic engagement and civic discourse

The Texas Tribune is a non-profit media organization with a mission to promote civic engagement and discourse on public policy, politics, government and matters of statewide concern through original journalism and on-the-record public events. Foxtrot designed the online publishing platform with a mission of our own in mind—to reshape the online news experience. To complete the revolution, we designed a unique brand and visual identity that serves as a symbolic reminder of the power that dialogue can have in the Lone Star State.

Foxtrot continues to work with The Texas Tribune as a valued design partner. Projects past and present include the development of the annual Trib Festival, evolving the media platform experience and consulting on various brand and marketing extensions including environmental displays, annual reports, fundraising initiatives and serving as brand and design ambassadors to partners including The New York Times.
